1. Right of Withdrawal for Online Purchases (Consumers)

When purchasing products through our webshop, you as a consumer have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. This right applies only to consumers (individuals) and not to business purchases.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to hello@bramhisfilmlab.nl within 14 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order number.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a refund of the purchase amount (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days after we have received the returned item.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Developed film, scans, or prints (custom work or services carried out at your request);

  • Opened film rolls where the seal has been broken;

  • Products that show clear signs of use or damage after delivery.

3. Second-Hand Cameras and Equipment

All second-hand equipment is checked and tested before being offered for sale. Because these are used items, the following adjusted return conditions apply:

  • Second-hand equipment may be returned within 14 days, provided it is in the same condition as at delivery and shows no damage beyond what was necessary for inspection.

  • Returns are also accepted if there is a demonstrable defect that was not known beforehand or not clearly mentioned in the product description.

  • Returns are not possible for cosmetic defects or signs of use that were described or shown in photos.

  • We reserve the right to inspect any returned equipment before issuing a refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning a product is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item delivered).

We recommend sending returns via registered mail or with track & trace. You are responsible for the product until it has been received by us.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for unopened, new products (such as unused film rolls in sealed packaging) and within the 14-day withdrawal period. Please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.
